Sub-divisions of Europe - ethnicities

Hello! It's been a while since i last posted here, but i visit almost every day. I decided to post this thread to present a map of the sub-divisions of Europe.
I suport more self-determination for european ethnicities than simple euro-regions, but independently of that issue i believe that it's important to define the entities that will preserve the european ethno-linguistic sub-groups.
Here is the map:



Russia would be geographically bigger that the rest of Europe, but they are a single ethnicity... What do you think?
