European Symbols

Here are the symbols of the EU.

Do you agree with them all?

I personally don't like the motto very much.
I also think the athem is very short.
Regarding the flag it's nice but maybe it should have a symbol representing european common identity.

I think the symbols should exalt pride of our identity and should be based on symbols of our ancestors.
One symbol of the kind I'm refering is for example the triskel (the one tautulos uses as avatar). But this symbol as a setback it is not a symbol that represents well all europeans but only the celts.
The symbols better representing all europeans are the symbols used by the people that was the common root of modern european peoples, I'm refering to the indo-europeans. The first symbol that comes to my mind is the swastica, it's a beautifull symbol but for obvious reasons it can't be used. I was wondering if there are other symbols like this but that don't have the bad conotations that the swastica has. Do you know any?

I think the motto isn't for the Europe-Nation. It would be for a federal country, but not for a nation.

I don't like the europe day. For me the europe day will have to be the birthdaay of the Europe-Nation.

I think that we have to recuperate the symbols of the EU, well-known symbols. No cross of any kind.

Yes, ok, I gess it's better to give better meanings to existing symbols. but some of them like the motto are difficult to recuperate...
